Villa le Grimpeur is a recent modern villa of 135m² suitable for a large family or a group of friends of 8 people, fully air-conditioned and with private pool. From the large covered terrace (facing East and South) with BBQ, you can go straight into the pool and garden, where you have sunshine from morning to evening. With this favourable location, you can simultaneously enjoy the lovely Provençal sun or the cooling shade and you are also sheltered from the Mistral.
Inside, you will find a spacious fully equipped dining area overlooking the living room and terrace. In the living room, you can enjoy a book on the sofa or the warmth of the fireplace in winter or the coolness of the air conditioning in summer. Prefer listening to music? That’s possible via the wireless box. Would you like to continue watching your favourite series? No problem with our large TV. Of course, there is also WIFI everywhere.
